ICT Professionals
What's so different?
Well structured electronic health records (EHRs) are essential if we are to obtain a sustainable health system capable of providing safe and high quality healthcare whilst meeting all necessary health care demands. In this scenario ICT Professionals need to be able to acquire, develop, maintain eHealth technologies and supporting infrastructures that fit with clinical workflow, healthcare process information flows and associated business processes to optimise adoption and use of EHRs.
Short Courses and subjects offered for ICT Profesionals focus on eHealth technologies from a health industry systems and business perspective, including adoption of Health Informatics technical standards.
You can select sets of short courses that collectively are equal to either an undergraduate or post graduate degree course subject. There is an additional cost for assessment to enable you to transfer credits for successful completion to a University degree program at the University's discretion. We have adopted the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) as the standard for credit transfer purposes.
