Our Company

We established eHealth Education early 2009 as a virtual company based in Australia. Our organisational structure and processes comply with Australian Registered Higher Education requirements as well as the VET sector and consists of a Board of Directors and an Academic Board.

In early June 2010 we purchased the Queensland based Registered Training Organisation,  trading as RSC Training and eHe Training, and we became a Queensland registered RTO, provider number 32279, able to deliver the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Queensland and Victoria.

eHealth Education is primarily about providing an educational and training service to meet the knowledge and skill needs of health and IT professionals working in the health industry as well as meeting the knowledge and skill needs of health care consumers to actively participate in managing their own health.  In time we expect to also be able to meet the educational needs of those who wish to graduate in Health Informatics to enable them to work as Health Informaticians, an occupation yet to be formally recognised.

Our Board of Directors

We are passionate about the need for Health Informatics education. We see this as an essential building block underpinning the necessary reform in the health industry so that the population as a whole will have equitable access to safe and effective health care within a sustainable health system.

Collectively the three of us bring more than 80 years Health Informatics experience, underpinned by formal qualifications and work experience in nursing midwifery, health information management, health administration, work study (industrial engineering), information and communication technologies (ICT) and education, applied in both the health industry and the tertiary education sector. We are all qualified trainers with many years of teaching experience.
